Regional Event Proposal Form (Budget)

Please use this form if you are planning an event you wish to hold within the region, regardless whether the event will cost or not.

You must submit this for if you require the AAA's insurance cover.

Please return the Event Proposal Form (Budget) to the Treasurer before you need the Certificate of Currency insurance cover.

A Regional Event Proposal Form must be submitted to the committee for approval so that accounts can be paid.

Regional Reimbursement Request

Please use this form if you require any reimbursement from the region. Please make sure that this request is accompanied with all receipts. The region is unauthorised to pay anything without receipts. No request for reimbursement will be paid unless the event has been budgeted (Regional Event Proposal Form) and authorised by the committee. Please return the form and all receipts to the Treasurer.
